Grief Support
I know the deep pain of losing a loved one.
In 2021, we lost my mom, Cindy, suddenly and unexpectedly. It’s the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life, and I know that I will continue grieving for the rest of my life. My grief is something I’ve grown to become grateful for, because it’s just proof of how much I love my mom.
If you are facing the loss of a loved one, I would love to support you.
It’s not about me fixing you - because in order to fix something, I would have to have the power to bring your loved one back (and believe me, I wish I had that power!). But what I can do is listen, be with you through the range of emotions you may be experiencing, try different tools to support yourself, and help you feel less alone.
Grief needs to be witnessed - and I would be honored to witness yours.
In June 2024, I became a Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler’s training program. I am also a Certified Mental Health Peer Support Specialist.
